We had the privilege of staying in a private villa over Easter... Which according to google is 5 star accommodation - The Bed Linen was terrible, it was like sleeping in plastic, we couldn't sleep.. .
We all said.. we would never go back... I get that we are probably fussy - but being 5 star.. I would expect quality Linens on the bed. .
I could spend the night in a cheap motel in town and get the same bed Linen... What is you point of difference? What makes your guest want to return?
